Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love the art on your walls. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered.

30-day return window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all protective materials, certificates of authenticity and tags intact.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us through the live-chat icon in the bottom-right of the page, or email [email protected] with your order number and a brief reason. We will email a prepaid return label and detailed instructions within one business day.

  • Please do not ship items back without first contacting us — returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Pack the artwork in the original box using the original protective materials.
  • Drop the package at any carrier location indicated on the return label.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately — within 48 hours — if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong piece. Send a few photos of the artwork and the outer packaging and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or commissioned artworks made to your specifications
  • Personalised or hand-finished pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or final-sale items, when clearly marked as such

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different piece is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate new order for the piece you want.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in addition to our standard 30-day policy. Items must be in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
