Artist Agreement
This summary outlines the terms between Auraveli and every contributing artist. The full legal contract is delivered electronically when your application is approved; you must sign it before listings go live.
1. License granted
You grant Auraveli a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-bearing license to print, frame, market, and ship your works as physical prints, framed pieces, canvases, and gift items, in any size we currently support. You retain all underlying copyright.
2. Royalty
Royalty is 30% of net sale price (gross — taxes — shipping — payment processing). Royalties are calculated monthly and paid via PayPal on the 5th of the following month, with a $20 minimum. Outstanding balance below $20 rolls forward.
3. Originality warranty
You warrant that all uploaded works are your original creations and do not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or model releases. You agree to indemnify Auraveli from any claim arising from infringement.
4. Pricing
Auraveli sets retail pricing based on size, finish and shipping geography to keep the marketplace coherent. Artists may suggest tiers; final pricing is at our discretion.
5. Term and termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Orders in production at the time of termination will be honored. Royalties earned but not yet paid will be settled in the next regular cycle.
6. Removals
You may request removal of any work at any time from the artist dashboard. Removal stops new orders immediately; physical inventory and orders already in production will be completed.
7. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Auraveli is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved by good-faith mediation first, then binding arbitration if mediation fails.
