Copyright Policy
Auraveli respects intellectual property rights and expects every artist, customer and visitor on this marketplace to do the same. This policy explains how copyright works on Auraveli and how we handle infringement notices.
Artists retain copyright
All artworks listed on Auraveli remain the intellectual property of the original artist. By uploading work to our marketplace, the artist grants Auraveli a non-exclusive license to print, market and ship physical reproductions; copyright itself is never transferred.
No unauthorized reproduction
Customers purchase a physical artwork — not a license to reproduce, scan, photograph for resale, or modify the design. Personal display in your home or office is fully permitted; any commercial reuse requires written permission from the artist.
Reporting infringement (DMCA)
If you believe a work on Auraveli infringes your copyright, send a DMCA-compliant notice to [email protected] containing:
- Your full legal name, postal address, phone, and email
- Identification of the original copyrighted work, with a link or registration number
- URL(s) of the allegedly infringing listing(s) on Auraveli
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized agent
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-notices
Artists whose listing is removed under DMCA may submit a counter-notice. We will reinstate the listing within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court order.
Repeat infringers
Accounts repeatedly subject to valid copyright claims will be terminated and any pending royalties forfeited per the Artist Agreement.
Trademark concerns
For trademark disputes (logos, brand names appearing in artwork) please email [email protected] — we follow a similar takedown / counter-notice process.
